Packaging
Items will be dispatched in clear plastic packaging. If the option of a gift box has been selected, the gift box will be included separately.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment. All parcels will be sent with Royal Mail.
Refunds / Returns Policy
We are happy to accept any returns from you for whatever reason so long as they are returned to us within 28 days. Any goods damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as we receive the damaged item back from you. Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.
